****DISCARD PROPERLY AND AWAY FROM CHILDREN AND PETS****

Examine the outside of your package, make sure there is no shipping damage. If there is, contact UPS immediately!

Three Methods of Thawing:

Cut package and remove the logs desired.(You might need a hammer, just kidding. If logs are stuck just smack package on counter to loosen up.) Remaining logs should be placed in zip lock freezer bag and returned to FREEZER IMMEDIATELY.

1. Place desired log(s) in another zip lock bag and place on counter to thaw at ROOM TEMPERATURE. Will take about 90 minutes. PLEASE DON'T EVER, NO WAY, NADA ever thaw in refrigerator. Room temperature Only! Whew!!

2. In a sealed plastic bag, place sushi under cold running water until thawed. Thawing time for sealed sushi package of 16 pieces approximately 10 minutes. Make sure no holes are present in bag when running cold water.

3. Quick Thaw: If you have six inch logs, place one(1) in the microwave, uncovered on a microwave safe plate. Set on high for about 1 minute and 40 seconds. Remove, let sit for a minute, then cut and serve. (All microwaves vary and this method is great in the carousal type, 1000watt, microwave. If non carousal microwave, we suggest to turn 90 degrees and flip, half way through). IT IS BETTER TO UNDER THAW AND LET SIT OUT FOR A FEW MORE MINUTES, so play with the amount of time. Microwave the small logs (about 3 inches in length)for about 45 seconds. This is a preferred method for all Sushi Rolls, Uramaki.

**** When thawed, the rice should be sticky and the middle cool to the touch. Using a wet, sharp bladed knife (keep clean, rice is sticky) finish the cuts and serve. DO NOT PLACE IN REFRIGERATOR and NEVER RE-FREEZE. It won't make you sick, but the integrity of the rice will be compromised.

Nuggets: Take the amount desired out of bag and fry in oil(we recommend Olive Oil). Oil should be about half inch deep and heated to about 325 degrees or medium setting. Carefully place nuggets in heated oil with tongs and fry for about 4 minutes, turning occasionally with tongs, until golden brown and center soft.
