Shipping Information.

Upon receipt of your order RiceWrap will have your product packaged in our heavy duty (1.5" thick) Styrofoam coolers with the appropriate amount of dry ice (based on your shipping preference)to keep our product fully frozen. This packaging will then be ready for UPS pick up, typically within 48 hours of your purchase. You will be provided with a tracking number from UPS and will know exactly when you can expect to receive your RiceWraps.

Refund and cancellation policy.

RiceWrap LLC will refund your full purchase price (up to 4 packs or 16 logs or 4 bags or 120 nuggets or combination thereof, not to exceed $115.80 plus applicable tax), less shipping, if unhappy with the quality of our product after thawing it in accordance to our procedures. Just return the shipping box with the unused portion of product (if any) within 10 days of receipt and we will contact you to expeditiously handle your refund, minus shipping cost.

Cancellation of orders must be received by email within 12 hours of order.
