About our Sushi Rolls:
1. Do RiceWraps contain raw seafood?
No, all of our seafood ingredients are cooked or smoked or Bar-B-Qued!
2. How are RiceWrap Sushi Rolls prepared?
All of our Sushi Rolls are fully prepared by our Manufacturers staff, in the state-of-the-art HACCP approved facility.
(Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point standard certified facility for production of safe and wholesome food and is CAL-OSHA and OSHA safe as a sushi manufacturing facility.)
Only the freshest ingredients are used for every Sushi Roll made. The Sushi Rolls are then vacuum-sealed and "flash-frozen" using our own proprietary process.
The result is an exemplary, fine Sushi Roll with the taste and texture that you’d expect to find only at a fine restaurant.
3. I have had pre-packaged Sushi Rolls before (Banzai and Grocery stores) and found them lacking in taste and quality of rice. How do I know yours are different?
You don't, until you order and taste our product. That is why we offer a money back guarantee. We want you to see for yourself.
4. But what do you do to make your rolls so tasty?
After years of experimentation, not only our recipes, but also the manufacturing side, we have determined that the combination of vacuum packaging and then "flash freezing" our product, preserves, upon correct thawing (THE RULES), the original tastiness, texture and nutrition.
5. What is flash freezing?
Our food items are vacuum-sealed and "flash frozen" in their own airtight packages. Flash-freezing is a revolutionary process of quick freezing (usually within seconds). This locks in all the flavors, juices, vitamins and minerals and allows the Sushi Rolls to keep perfectly for long periods. Each Sushi Roll is held in this condition until it is thawed (THE RULES), ensuring that it will be just as fresh as when it was frozen.
6. Why is flash freezing better?
First of all, rapid freezing has nutritional benefits because it maintains the quality of the Sushi Roll without artificial preservatives.
Taste is also superior because our Sushi Roll ingredients are manufactured at the peak of quality and then flash frozen to seal in flavor, aroma and nutrition.
7. After your Sushi Rolls have been thawed, can I refreeze the product?
We do not recommend refreezing a product, as this makes the product susceptible to freezer burn.
8. Is freezer burn harmful?
Freezer burn - the white, dried-out patches found on improperly stored frozen foods, won't make you sick, but it will change the quality, color and texture of the Sushi Roll.
9. How long will the Sushi Rolls keep in my freezer?
They will stay fresh in your freezer for up to 1 year.(Please follow THE RULES.)
10. Are any preservatives used in your Sushi Rolls?
RiceWrap Sushi Rolls are kept fresh by the combination of freezing and vacuum-sealed packaging, as mentioned above.
Occasionally we have no choice but to use an ingredient that already includes a preservative, but we never add preservatives at the manufacturing kitchen.
The combination of these techniques is what separates our Sushi Rolls from the Grocery store preparer and other refrigerated grocery store Sushi Rolls.

11. Are your photos of the actual food?
Yes! Our food photographers use the same RiceWrap Sushi Rolls that we send to our customers.
Receiving Our Products
1. How are the Sushi Rolls packed and shipped?
All RiceWraps are carefully packed in our tightly sealed, weatherproof cooler and are kept frozen with dry ice. The cooler is then shipped via UPS.
2. How long does delivery take?
Orders will usually ship to arrive within 2-5 business days. You have three options of delivery on your check out pages.
3. Do I need to be home to receive the meals?
No. UPS will leave our product at your doorstep, in our tightly sealed, weatherproof cooler. The Sushi Rolls will be safe and frozen until you get home.
4. What if my order arrives on time but the dry ice is melted?
If your order arrives on time, but the dry ice has melted, RiceWrap will either refund your purchase or immediately send replacement. (See About Us for refund specifics.)
5. Where do you ship?
We ship to every address in the United States. Note that we can not ship to PO Boxes or APO/ FPO addresses. Shipping to International locations is not available at this time.
